HOW IT WORKS:
I have designed this intense 6 week coaching program so that it caters as much as possible to where the particular individual is at, with their investing. Each week there is an element of information sharing where I send out information about a particular topic or give the investors in my group access to a particular tool that I use and teach them how to use it themselves. For example if I give you homework to research and come up with particular real life examples, I will then go through those real examples with you to show you how to analyse them, inspect them, cost them out, analyse profitability, etc.

In addition, I try and find out what particular areas or issues you would like particular help with and try and also focus on that during the program. There is also dedicated calling times during the week when you can give me a call and discuss any property investing area of interest. Catch ups can be either over email or over the phone.

So for example if you have a particular deal that you would like us to go over and analyse, cost out and work out profitability on and then structure an offer on, we can do that while I still share information with you around other aspects of renovating for profit. If you already have a deal that you have purchased or are in the process of purchasing which you would like help with working out what to renovate, in what order, doing it yourself, project managing, tracking, preparing for tax, selling, etc I can help you with any one of those things.
